The main purpose of this study is to examine the significancy of the affect of job stress and quality of work lifeon job satisfaction and employee\u27s performance. The type of study is explanatory research. The sample in this study is 100 employee\u27s and a saturated sample. The technique of data analysis in this study isdescriptive statistical analysis and PLS (Partial least square) analysis. Based on the analysis of smart PLS is known that the effect of job stress variables (X1) has a significant negative effect onjob satisfaction (Y1). Variablequality of work life(X2) has a significant positive effect on employee\u27s job satisfaction (Y2). Variable of job stress (X1) has a significant negative effect on employee\u27s performance (Y2). Directly influence the quality of work life (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee\u27s performance (Y2. Job satisfaction variable (Y1) has a significant positive effect on employee\u27s performance (Y2). There is no indirect effect on job stress variable (X1) on employee\u27s performance (Y2) through job satisfaction (Y1), and Variableof quality of work life(X2) on employees\u27s performance (Y2) through the job satisfaction (Y1),as well.
